Vies Braves is a public network of marine and open water itineraries that allow you to explore the coastline safely on your own or in one of the free sessions guided by a Local Guide for Vies Braves.
As you know, every year we program a range of unique Experiences to explore the Vies Braves along with your family or friends. Below you can see all the Experiences we have organized for you this summer.
The 9 ways to enjoy the Vías Braves in 2019
from June through September
Our goal is to promote open water swimming among individuals. Vies Braves organizes free group sessions led by a Local Guide, which sponsored by the city council of the town and DipSalut.
from June through September
Snorkeling sessions are perfect for watching the seabed and discovering the coastline of each town. They are directed by local Vies Braves local guides that will accompany you so that you do not miss a detail of the seabed.
September, 1st, 2019
Vies Braves organizes a Swim Run between Portbou, Colera and Llançà from 10K and 16K. An ideal scenario to practice SwimRun, because most itineraries run parallel to the network of local trails.
Vies Braves joins Tintoreres to organize a weekend for swimmers and their families. During the weekend there are aquatic activities and we will have the presence of the swimmer Tita Llorens. Sunday you can sign up for 2K and 4K swim races.

The SupYoga pionner in the Costa Brava, Ainània, will be holding three sessions on the Via Brava de Llafranc exclusive for 8 people. During the session with Ainània, you will change the mat for a SUP table and you will complete a train of inferior and superior train and core.
Friday/Saturday (July and August)
Vies Braves wants to approach the Costa Brava from a unique experience on board a 15-meter sailing boat sailing along the coast of Calella de Palafrugell, and we will snorkel the Ants while we watch the sun set and we make a vermouth
30/06, 26/07, 05/08, 16/08
Experience open to everyone which consist of a Light Swim followed by a Yoga session led by Sarah Hansson on the Platja Gran de Pals. The morning session will end with a refreshing juice at the Ala Brava bar, overlooking at the Medes Islands.
July and August
Sessions aimed for beginners who would like a taste of the SwimRun sport. Vies Braves together with Tintoreres de Llançà, have programmed several sessions throughout the summer to train and swim in the fixed circuit of swim run located in the Mar d’Amunt.

The runner-up of the World Championship of Freediving, Miguel Lozano, will give an apnea initiation workshop on the Via Brava in Tamariu where you will learn basic nuances of immersion in a workshop that will last all morning and where you will learn to go down until 10- 15 meters deep.
